4 Death Knight Understudy adds (usable via Mind Control)
Cannot be tanked by players — his Unbalancing Strike will one-shot any player tank. Must use Mind Controlled Understudies.
Boss Abilities
Unbalancing Strike~8,000 damage + debuff making target take 200% more damage for 6 sec — one-shots player tanks.
Disrupting ShoutAoE damage + interrupts all casting.
Hopeless AuraReduces healing by 75% for all players within 55 yards — essentially raid-wide.
Death Knight Understudy
Bone BarrierShield absorbing ~100,000 damage, 20 sec duration, 30 sec cooldown.
TauntForces boss to attack the Understudy.

Gothik the Harvesterboss▾

HP: 1,800,000
Waves of undead spawn on the Living side. When killed, they become Spectral versions on the Dead side.
The raid MUST be split into two teams — Living side and Dead side. If Dead side falls behind, they get overwhelmed by Spectrals.
Boss Abilities
Harvest SoulShadow bolt dealing ~4,000 damage to a random player.
Shadow BoltSingle target ~3,000 shadow damage.
Room MechanicRoom divided into Living and Dead sides by a gate — waves of undead spawn on Living side for ~4 min. Killed mobs appear as Spectrals on Dead side. After wave phase, Gothik teleports between sides.

Unrelenting TraineeLiving: 12k HP, Spectral: 8k HP — basic melee, come in groups.
Unrelenting Death KnightLiving: 40k HP, Spectral: 35k HP — Shadow Mark, Aura of Agony, Whirlwind.
Unrelenting RiderLiving: 55k HP, Spectral mount + Spectral rider — dismounts into 2 mobs.

The Four Horsemenboss▾

None (4 bosses simultaneously)
All 4 bosses must be tanked simultaneously. Tanks must rotate positions every 3 marks to avoid lethal stacks. This is the most coordination-intensive fight in Naxxramas.
Boss Abilities
Mark of Korth'azzStacks every 12 seconds on all players near Thane Korth'azz. At 4+ stacks, damage becomes lethal.
Mark of RivendareStacks every 12 seconds on all players near Baron Rivendare. At 4+ stacks, damage becomes lethal.
Mark of BlaumeuxStacks every 12 seconds on all players near Lady Blaumeux. At 4+ stacks, damage becomes lethal.
Mark of ZeliekStacks every 12 seconds on all players near Sir Zeliek. At 4+ stacks, damage becomes lethal.
Meteor (Thane Korth'azz)~12,000 fire damage split among nearby players. Front-left corner.
Unholy Shadow (Baron Rivendare)Single target ~4,500 shadow damage. Front-right corner.
Shadow Bolt / Void Zone (Lady Blaumeux)Shadow Bolt — ranged shadow damage. Void Zone — ground AoE. Back-left corner.
